We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, company, email, phone number, and shipment details when you contact us, request a quote, or use our portal. We also collect technical information automatically, including IP address, device, and browsing data, to operate and improve our website and services.

We use your information to deliver logistics services, respond to inquiries, manage shipments and billing, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve our offerings. We do not sell personal data.

We share information with carriers, customs authorities, payment providers, and service vendors strictly to perform the services you have requested, or where required by law.

We retain operational records for the period required by applicable customs, tax, and corporate regulations in Kenya — typically seven years under KRA and Companies Act requirements — and delete or anonymise personal data when no longer required.
